Goods collecting at our warehouse: 
1- one week before all the goods are ready we will inform you send the 70% balance money. Becase when we receive the goods from the suppliers we need pay the money to them.
2- When the goods are ready we inform the suppliers send the goods to our warehouse, at the same time our QC inspection the goods there. If we find that the  goods are not same as our order, we will ask the suppliers to replace them.
3- Distribute payment for goods to your suppliers.

Shipment arranging: 
1. According to your request, book shipping space and arrange shipment.
2. loading container
3. prepare the export documents concerned. To declaration China customs
4. make foreign country import documents
5. send all the document together with B/L by express deliver, for you to do the Customs clearance.
